This dishwasher is a big disappointment..Very loud....
rumbling..sound...if that doesn't disappoint enough, try putting your glasses in the cute little blue holders provided to hold the glasses steady, and they still fall down and break on each other. After 6 uses 7 glasses have broken...that's more than the average person breaks in a lifetime much less in a month...and this is after careful loading with the glasses placed with good distance from each other so they won't break!???!
After 7 dishwashers in my lifetime I haven't seen a more wobbly top basket or noisy wash.
Stay away from this model. It is loud and breaks your dishes...
Mine has the custom panel instead of stainless...
The architect series????HA!

This Kitchenaid dishwasher gets the job done, does it well, and looks good while doing it. We're very happy with the quality of the cleaning and it dries the dishes well. It holds plenty of place settings and we like the racks and how they adjust. It's much quieter than our old dishwasher and doesn't bother us talking or watching television in our adjoining family room, although we can hear it a bit. The stainless steel finish looks great and matches well with our Samsung refrigerator and Electrolux range. The dishwasher is solidly built and doesn't appear to have any cheap looking parts. It's quite simple to operate, yet has all the features we feel we need. I'd definitiely recommend this to a friend.
